Christy co-founded Clawson Fargnoli, LLC in 2017 and represents people who have suffered life-altering injuries or death due to the negligent or wrongful acts of others. Christy strives to provide aggressive, cost-effective representation for her clients. This ranges from employing a strategy to posture a case for a positive settlement to trying the case to a jury verdict.
Christy is originally from Walterboro, South Carolina and has lived in the Lowcountry for most of her life. She attended Newberry College on a basketball scholarship, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Christy then attended the Charleston School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and received CALI awards for academic excellence in Trial Advocacy and Constitutional Law. While in law school, Christy sat on the Executive Board of the Charleston Law Review, serving as both an Articles Editor and Symposium Editor. Christy was also a member of numerous organizations while in law school, including the Student Trial Lawyers Association.
Christy has tried numerous cases to verdict and represents her clients in both state and federal courts in South Carolina. She takes pride in seeing her hard work pay off with favorable results for her clients. Christy represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of personal injury cases including wrongful death, dram shop, brain injury, insurance bad faith, nursing home abuse, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.
Christy also handles cases involving campus sexual abuse and Title IX violations. She represents students in Title IX actions who have been sexually assaulted or sexually harassed on campus, as well as students who have been wrongfully accused of such conduct. Prior to co-founding Clawson Fargnoli, Christy served as a Title IX investigator for college campuses in numerous high-profile matters. This experience gives her a unique perspective in representing plaintiffs who have been wronged by a college, university, or educational institution.
Christy is honored to have been listed in the 2013-2018 editions of Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the area of civil litigation. Christy was also awarded an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest such rating available to an attorney. She is also an active member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and has assisted this organization in drafting amicus briefs for cases pending before the South Carolina Supreme Court.
When not working, Christy can be found at the beach, rooting for the Clemson Tigers, enjoying live music, or spending time with her dogs Bodie and Otis in search of the perfect dog park.

Kyle White is a personal injury and litigation attorney at White Davis and White Law Firm. He is also a proud graduate of Clemson University. Prior to joining White Davis and White, Kyle represented insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, and other corporate defendants in product liability and other complex litigation matters at a regional defense firm. Kyle has tried civil cases to verdict in state and federal court, and has handled litigation matters in a variety of United States and foreign jurisdictions. Although Kyle represents members of the community in a variety of litigated matters, he most often represents members of the community who have been wronged by the government in cases involving jail and prison injuries, false arrest, false imprisonment, excessive force, malicious prosecution, foster parent abuse, and various other cases. Kyle also handles cases involving catastrophic injury, negligent security, insurance bad faith, and other complex litigation matters. Recent jury verdicts Kyle has obtained for clients include a $2.5 Million actual damages verdict in a negligent security case against a student housing complex, and a $141,000 verdict in a wreck case in which the Plaintiffs' damages consisted of the time the family lost dealing with the property damage aspect of the claim.
Growing up in Anderson, Kyle was a state finalist wrestler at TL Hanna Highschool, and wrestled for a period of time at Clemson University. Wrestling taught Kyle the values of hard work, sacrifice, and personal accountability. The same aggressive attitude that allowed him to be a successful wrestler now comes in handy when pursuing defendants who have wronged his clients.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching youth sports, pulling for the Clemson Tigers, fishing, and attempting to play golf. Kyle is also a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Anderson, SC.
Kyle is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth and Fifth Circuits, but he has handled legal matters in numerous other states, including North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, Michigan.

Robert Goings
Robert F. Goings grew up on his family's farm in Union County, South Carolina. The Goings Law Firm, LLC is centered on the values engrained in him: fairness, honesty, hard work, dedication, justice, and service to others.
Robert is a 2003 graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, receiving the highest distinction in his major. He graduated with highest honors as a summa cum laude graduate. He was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa and Blue Key honor societies as a result of his academics and service to the community and students. Robert was a Justice of Wofford's Judicial Commission. He was elected as Student Body President in 2002. Upon graduation, he received the Outstanding Citizen Award, given to the student demonstrating the greatest concern and service to Wofford. Robert continues his dedication to Wofford College and has assisted in the establishment of the Edward K. Hardin, III Pre-Law Society on Wofford's campus.
Following Wofford College, Robert earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Robert was involved in Moot Court and an editor of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal. Throughout law school, he worked full time as a law clerk at Collins and Lacy, P.C., gaining invaluable litigation experience. Upon graduation, Robert was chosen by his colleagues to receive the Claude Sapp Award, presented to the member of the graduating class possessing the best combination of scholarship, leadership, and industry for the legal profession.
Robert began his legal career as a trial attorney at an established South Carolina litigation firm, Collins and Lacy, P.C. While at Collins and Lacy, he gained considerable experience in the courtroom, trying numerous bench and jury trials to verdict. At Collins and Lacy, he tried cases advocating for the rights of insurance companies, large corporations, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of complex civil liability and criminal matters.
In 2011, Robert was selected among a distinguished group by the South Carolina Lawyers Weekly Magazine as an “Emerging Legal Leader” in the State of South Carolina. Following this award, the acclaimed South Carolina trial attorney, Joel W. Collins, Jr. was quoted as saying, “I can truthfully say I have never encountered a lawyer with a greater aptitude and capacity for the practice of law. In 2012, Robert was elected by his colleagues to serve as a member of the S.C. Bar's House of Delegates for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. The House of Delegates acts as the legislative arm of the South Carolina Bar Association and convenes to establish policy and directives of the Bar. As of 2016, he was reelected as a member of the S.C. Bar's House of Delegates.
In 2016, Robert was selected to receive the “Compleat Lawyer” Award from the University of South Carolina School of Law. The Compleat Lawyer Award is the law school's highest honor and most prestigious award given to a lawyer who has displayed exemplary achievements in their careers and communities. The Compleat Lawyer Award is chosen by a committee comprising the Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court, the Chief Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the President of the South Carolina Bar, the Dean of the South Carolina School of Law.

Samuel Clawson
A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Sam graduated from Porter Gaud School before attending the University of the South (Sewanee) and the University of South Carolina. Sam graduated from USC with a Bachelor of Arts degree, as a history major and political science minor. He remained at USC for law school, where he received the CALI award for academic excellence and obtained a Juris Doctor degree. Sam moved to New York City following law school to continue his education at the State University of New York (SUNY) Maritime College at Ft. Schuyler, where he graduated with honors with a Master of Science degree in International Transportation Management and Merchant Marine deck officer's license.
Sam has sailed deep sea as a deck officer on unlimited tonnage vessels for leading international container liner Maersk. He currently holds United States Coast Guard licenses as a Second Mate Any Gross Tons Oceans and as a Master Not More Than One Hundred Tons Near Coastal. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Naval Science Department at The Citadel, instructing senior Naval ROTC cadets in terrestrial navigation and the Nautical Rules of the Road.
Sam has been licensed to practice law since 2008. He spent nearly a decade working at a well-respected multi-state law firm with a focus on litigation and institutional insurance defense work. Sam represented individuals and businesses in cases involving dram shop liability, boating and jet ski accidents, law enforcement vehicle pursuits, childcare abuse and neglect, defamation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death. He was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubble.
Sam co-founded Clawson Fargnoli, LLC in 2017 and now exclusively represents individuals who have suffered life-altering injuries or death due to the wrongful acts of others, as well as businesses who have suffered serious economic harm due to the wrongful conduct of others. Sam has been able to build on his education, training and prior experience in representing individuals and businesses in a variety of practice areas. His years of working at a defense-oriented law firm provide invaluable insight into the strategies employed by defense attorneys and insurance companies, which he now puts to good use representing people and businesses who simply want to be made whole after an accident or incident. Clawson Fargnoli has offices in Charleston and Walterboro.
Sam is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and has assisted that organization in drafting amicus briefs for cases pending before the South Carolina Supreme Court. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, Charleston County Bar Association and Colleton County Bar Association. Although the attorneys at Clawson Fargnoli, LLC joke that they work eight days a week, Sam enjoys spending his free time boating and fishing on the waters surrounding Charleston, watching USC football games, attending College of Charleston basketball games, and traveling internationally.
