A native Charlestonian, Jeb Molony is founder and President of e-vos, a firm specializing in IT, cloud services, and litigation support. Utilizing his background in finance and law, Mr. Molony oversees the direction and strategy for e-vos operations and client services. Mr. Molony is a graduate of Porter-Gaud School, holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Clemson University, and a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. 

Jeremy Babener is a tax lawyer specializing in settlement issues. He is Chair of the Society of Settlement Planner’s Legal Committee and a former fellow in the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Tax Policy. He received his J.D. and Tax LL.M from New York University. 

Jeremy is currently the Special Tax Counsel at Lane Powell PC.

Mary Ellen Murrah is Operations Consultant to personal injury firms across the country. Previously, she worked with thousands of personal injury firms on case management software. At Vista Consulting Team, she advises firms on all manner of business operations and efficiencies, targeting increased net profits and organized team management. She received her Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Towson University. 

Patrice is the Director of Legal Services at Nora.Legal. She specializes in helping law firms gain efficiencies by outsourcing to virtual associates. She has crafted innovative solutions in legal research, legal operations, contract management, compliance, litigation services, and legal analytics. She previously worked in a large firm, and as a solo practitioner, on both litigation and transactional matters. She received her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, and her B.A. from University of Michigan.

Ramona is an independent forensic accounting consultant and the owner of Farrell Insights LLC, a company focused on providing simple, specialized solutions. She holds a master’s degree of business administration (MBA), is a certified family business advisor (CFBA), certified fraud examiner (CFE), and certified financial crimes investigator (CFCI). 

With more than 20 years of diversified financial consulting and forensic accounting experience, Ramona uses her specialized skills to assist counsel, and family-owned and other privately-owned businesses with forensic accounting matters. She conducts financial investigations and special accountings, consulting and testifying as an expert in civil and criminal matters. 

Prior to coming to Greenville, South Carolina in 2017, Ramona was the partner-in-charge at the Sacramento, California office of a national CPA firm and a member of the firm’s Center for Family Business Excellence and Financial Advisory Services Practice. She uses her leadership and management experiences to work alongside clients to prepare strategic plans that tie together family and business transition issues, and to develop executable succession plans. Additionally, she consults as a business strategist, evaluating and restructuring accounting and financial reports. Ramona also assists with due diligence and integration matters in mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Ramona teaches an ethics course as an Adjunct Faculty member of Furman University’s Business and Accounting Department. She also speaks professionally for associations and organizations on several topics including Fraud Awareness and Detection, Behavioral Ethics and Ethical Decision Making. From a community perspective, Ramona volunteers her time with several organizations in the Upstate and enjoys mentoring young professionals.
