Thursday, February 24, 2022This new CLE will offer a multi-disciplinary discussion of how to handle the unglamorous side of practicing law—when clients, parties or opposing counsel go outside the bounds and bully, harass, or intimidate you or your staff.
This CLE will also address mental health danger signs, strategies for handling difficult situations, and how to take care of your mental health through it all. Topics will also include protecting your online reputation and social media presence.
Seminar Highlights or What attendees will learn:
· When and how law enforcement, prosecutors, or the ODC can help with intimidation
· How to recognize volatile situations and how to take care of your mental health
· What you can do to counter online attacks on your professional reputation
