investigate the intersection of the legal and therapeutic professions in the
Family Court System. The ultimate goal
of the seminar is to encourage dialogue between the two professions so as to
better assist clients throughout the Family Court process. Join Therapist Joy

confidentiality issues for therapists when a family is involved in

conflicts for the therapists if adults and children would both benefit
from therapy?
- When
and how to draft therapeutic goals into Settlement Agreements.

We strongly encourage new and
experienced Family Court attorneys to attend this seminar. As far as we know, this will be the first
interaction between the two professions.
