The South Carolina Bar – CLE Division is proud to present the 2023 Al Todd Estate Planning Workshop. This advanced level program, named in honor of workshop founder Al Todd, is designed for experienced estate planners and tax attorneys.
This year’s two-day workshop will feature Professor
Sam Donaldson of Georgia State University, national presenter on matters of tax
and estate planning. Friday will continue with David Kunes covering trust planning
with SECURE Act 2.0, followed by ethics and popular breakout session. Saturday morning,
we welcome back S.C. Family Court Judge Vance Stricklin with a follow-up conversation
to intersection of probate law and family law. To end the day, you will hear
from Peter Fleming and Jennifer MacLeod with a presentation on irrevocable life
insurance trusts followed by continuation of Friday’s breakout sessions.
You will have some time Friday and Saturday
afternoons to network and enjoy Kiawah Island and all it has to offer, including
a relaxing spa treatment, golf, or just lounging by the pool or beach. Friday night will feature a reception for you
and your family!
Don’t miss this unique opportunity for
