The SC Bar CLE Division is proud to present a very powerful, practical and in-depth analysis of some of the most significant developments and trends in state and federal consumer practice for 2023 and beyond. Course Planner Carri Grube Lybarker has assembled an experienced and talented faculty of practitioners who will provide you with authoritative guidance on the current priorities of FTC enforcement, a review of an important August debt collection case, the financial regulatory challenges of Artificial Intelligence, and nuances and developments in SC usury law and practice.
