The SC Bar CLE Division and the SC Bar Civil Rights Law Section are proud to present a special and powerful “Civil Rights Litigation Law” seminar.  Planned by United States District Judge Sherri Lydon, this important program features panel discussions and presentations by Magistrate Judges Thomas Rogers, Kaymani West, Mary Gordon Baker, Shiva Hodges, Molly Cherry, Kevin McDonald and Paige Gossett, as well as experienced civil rights practitioners Chris Mills, Stuart Andrews, Daniel Plyler, Reed Colfax, and Kyle Hair.  Our outstanding faculty will provide authoritative and practical guidance on a number of issues critical to successful civil rights, and specifically Section 1983, practice in the United States District Courts.  Don’t miss this unique opportunity to hear from South Carolina’s U.S. Magistrate bench and a several “in the trenches” practitioners.

There will be a networking reception immediately following the program sponsored by the SC Bar Civil Rights Law Section. 

This seminar is an intermediate level program.
