Join Barbara Seymour and Michael Virzi for a tour de force of ethics rules that relate to a wide variety of financial issues. Topics include fee sharing, advance fees, fee collection, fee disputes, good funds rule, detecting and preventing fraud, disputed funds and unclaimed funds.
