Join Stephanie Brinkley and Christopher Kays for a powerful look at two of the trending issues in domestic practice. In our first hour, Stephanie will tackle Pitfalls of Parenting in the 21st Century. After years of infertility, parents through assisted reproduction are often surprised to learn their parental rights are not automatic. Learn why securing legal rights for modern families is crucial and government agency changes that have been made to support new parents. Christopher Kays will then help you advise and represent your military clients with “On Your Feet, Soldier! Staying Ahead of Common Issues Divorce.”
