This basic level seminar is perfect for those who wish to launch an estate planning practice or freshen up your knowledge or skills in this challenging discipline. This full day program, planned by Scott Hutto and Patricia Scarborough, features experienced estate planning practitioners whose goal is to provide you with practical advice on how to evaluate and handle wills and trusts, create effective estate plans for your clients, and navigate the potential substantive, procedural and ethical pitfalls common to an estate planning practice.
This program qualifies for 6.5 MCLE; 0.5 LEPR
SC Supreme Commission on CLE Course # 246645E

those required to take South Carolina Bar CLE “Essentials Series.”

practice areas, as well as legal ethics. Each course is designed and taught by
experienced practitioners, are process oriented, and are specifically designed
to provide step-by-step teaching, as well as the opportunity to interact with
the faculty.
All
essentials’ programs will be held live at the SC Bar Conference Center,
Columbia.
Programs
will not be available via live webinar.
Lunch
will be provided for those attending in-person.
