Thursday, May 09, 2024The Employment and Labor Law Mid-Year CLE will kick off with presentations discussing the new EEOC portal and best practices when participating in an EEOC mediation. During the morning session, participants will also receive insight from a Federal District Court Magistrate Judge.
The seminar
will continue with a presentation on 30b6 depositions and strategies for
utilizing this discovery tool to strengthen a case. Guidance for in-house
counsel, FOIA, and LGBT issues will also be discussed.
