provides instruction on torts that arise in the business employer-employee relationship,
torts stemming from customer-client relations, torts between owners/shareholders
of business, and tortious conduct between businesses. In addition, attendees
will gain insight into trends in business torts, including the risks (ethical, legal,
and practical) of Artificial Intelligence.
- Attendees will learn how to assist clients in proactive strategies
and risk-avoidance as it relates to business torts;
- Attendees will learn to recognize business tort claims that client
matters present—whether as a potential plaintiff or defendant;
- Attendees will learn about trends in business tort litigation that can
assist in client counseling and representation;
- Attendees will get timely insight into legal and ethical issues related to Artificial Intelligence.
This is the perfect seminar for attorneys who want to learn more about interesting legal topics that have wide application, regardless of the attorney’s particular practice area. And of course, those who may have waited until the last minute to get CLE credits, including Ethics and Substance Abuse Mental Health.
