The Realities of Wellness in the Legal Profession

March 22, 2024

The concept of wellness has become trendy and idealized, but what does it actually mean and what does it look like in a profession plagued with high rates of dissatisfaction, substance abuse, and poor mental health outcomes for a large portion of members. This presentation is intended to help young lawyers identify potential areas that deserve attention and focus on their personal lives so they can maximize the satisfaction they get from their work, improve their productivity, and find a work life balance that serves them.

This program qualifies for 1.0 MCLE credit hour including up to 1.0 SA/MH credit hour. Commission on CLE Course # 243973.

This seminar is a basic to intermediate level program.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Darcy Compton practices with McAngus Goudelock & Courie.
