Drew has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since 2005. Since that time, he has practiced at the firm known as James C. Harrison, Jr., P.A., Harrison & Radeker, P.A., and then Harrison, Radeker & Smith, P.A. He now operates Radeker Law, P.A. as a sole practitioner, concentrating on appeals and litigation support for the trial bar.

He has been fortunate to work on a wide variety of cases, from mortgage foreclosures to civil rights violations, dog bite cases to murder. Drew has had cases in magistrates’ and city courts, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of South Carolina, and the trial and appellate courts in between.

Drew received a bachelor of arts degree in English from the College of Charleston in 2001 and a juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of South Carolina, the South Carolina federal district court, and the federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and previously served as the chair of the SCAJ real estate section.

He has been a presenter at continuing legal education seminars, including the Master-in-Equity Bench/Bar CLE several times.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and friends, cooking on his barbecue pit, puttering in his vegetable garden, and being outdoors, especially in the mountains.

Mr. Willcox is a native of Florence and serves on the vestry of St. John’s Episcopal Church. He is a past President of the Florence Regional Arts Alliance and the Florence Kiwanis Club and the Board of the Florence Museum and serves on the Florence Little Theater Board (Past President) and served on the Still Hopes Retirement Community Board in Cayce, SC. Mr. Willcox served as an elected member of the S.C. Humanities Council Board of Directors. Mr. Willcox is a part-time municipal Judge for the City of Florence. 

Henry Dukes of Dukes Investigations and Consulting L.L.C. has over 35 years of law enforcement experience. Henry will not tell you that choosing him as your private investigator is best, but that choosing one with law enforcement experience is. PIs with law enforcement experience have training that the average PI just cannot understand.

Henry was a military brat who bounced around before settling in Rowesville, SC. Coming from a military and law enforcement family, he knew he wanted to help people and started at the Orangeburg County Sheriff's Department.

"As an officer, you've got to be willing to help the suspect just as much as the victim," Henry said. He understands that the law enforcement and judicial systems can sometimes hurt innocent people and can put someone who made a mistake in a very bad situation. He knows there is ugly in the world because he has seen a lot of it, but he chooses to see the beautiful in it instead.

Dukes went on to join the Lexington County Sheriff's Department where he started their Fugitive Task Force. He then joined the United States Marshals Service where he sought out and handled violent fugitives. If you google Henry's name, you will find story after story of all the criminals he has helped stop.

Henry recalled one story where a man escaped from a work detail while serving a one-year jail term for failing to pay child support. In Alabama, a man by the same name died in a bar fight. The judge in Lexington County saw a clip from the local Alabama newspaper and ruled the case closed due to the man's death. Nearly 25 years later, the man was found alive and living in Myrtle Beach. Henry helped bring that man back to Lexington County to serve his time.

That incident is a mild one compared to the things Henry handled as a U.S. Marshal. With the United States Marshal Service, he went all over the world finding and capturing violent fugitives.

Dukes retired from the Calhoun County Sheriff's Department as Lieutenant over investigations in January of 2015. He started Dukes Investigations and Consulting L.L.C. right after his retirement. Helping people has always been the priority in Henry's career; he knew with his skill set he could continue that help as a private investigator.

"It's not always about money, but about the impact you can make," Henry said. As a private investigator, he believes he can continue to impact lives. He always tells the truth and focuses on giving his customers answers. If someone comes to him with a problem he is not certain he can solve, he will send them to someone he knows can.

Today, Henry lives in West Columbia and has three sons, one daughter, and one granddaughter. His wife of ten years is a school teacher in Irmo. Following in their father's law enforcement footsteps, one son is a deputy with the Calhoun County Sheriff's Department and another has just joined the Air Force. Jeffery, Henry's pet Jack Russell terrier, is also like a son to him and doubles as the business financial advisor.

Martin is a Partner in the Columbia Office, he is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina. He received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he was a member of the Honors Scholars Program. He received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, where he was a merit scholarship recipient. Martin concentrates his practice in the area of financial services litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.

Jane H. Downey is an experienced bankruptcy attorney at Baker Donelson. Certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a specialist in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law, Ms. Downey brings more than 30 years of experience in representing individual and business debtors and creditors in commercial and consumer bankruptcy matters. Ms. Downey is also certified as a specialist in business bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification.  

Ms. Downey has represented clients both in and outside formal proceedings. She has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, representing debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, and other parties in connection with bankruptcies, receiverships, out-of-court workouts, and other related bankruptcy litigation. She has led corporate clients, landlords, doctors, car dealerships, farmers, realtors, and developers, among others, through financial restructurings and reorganizations under Chapters 7, 9, 11, 12, and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. 

Ms. Downey is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a mediator and arbitrator and is currently on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolinas list of mediators. She is a frequent speaker and author on bankruptcy topics and very active in her community.

 Born and raised in Charleston, Lawrence grew up in West Ashley enjoying pick-up games of baseball on a nearby empty lot with his neighborhood friends, as well as fishing, crabbing, and shrimping in nearby Coburg Creek.  After graduating from Porter-Gaud School, Lawrence decided to take on the greatest academic challenge he could find, matriculating to the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.  After (at least) one too many April snow showers, he knew in his heart that he belonged back in South Carolina.  After a two year stop in Washington, D.C. working at the United States Senate Budget Committee, providing U.S. Senators analysis concerning issues ranging from Social Security to Defense Department expenditures, Lawrence returned to South Carolina to attend both the University of South Carolina School of Law and the Moore School of Business.

Upon graduation in 2008, with a law degree (JD) and a master's degree in international business (IMBA), Lawrence was equipped to commence his legal career.  While his intentions were to work in Charleston, the Great Recession brought him back to Columbia in 2009, working through the ranks at a large regional law firm, becoming a partner and the Columbia office's Client Relationship Partner.  After over twelve years at that firm, two things had become clear: It was time to return to Charleston, and it was time for Lawrence to open up his own law firm so that he could continue to provide his legal services and knowhow in his hometown as well as statewide across South Carolina, with big firm knowledge but with small firm attention to his clients.  Without a doubt, Lawrence is happy to be back home.

Lawrence and his wife Heather live in Johns Island, raising their two daughters, Ellis and Collins.  The Hershons love doing all things that make the Low Country great: being on the water, spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun, eating local seafood, and enjoying each other's company in the most beautiful city in America.

Randy Skinner is a bankruptcy attorney in Greenville, S.C. He received his B.S. (Business Administration), M.B.A., and J.D. from the University of South Carolina.

Since being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1991, Mr. Skinner has become a statewide leader in the bankruptcy field, with numerous accolades and appointments, including U.S. Bankruptcy Court Chapter 7 Panel Trustee, 2002-2019; Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the South Carolina Supreme Court; Past chairman of the Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Law Specialization Advisory Board; named to Best Lawyers in America; named to South Carolina Super Lawyers; and named South Carolina Legal Elite by Greenville Business Magazine and Columbia Business Monthly.

Judge Shannon M. Phillips was born in 1983 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Judge Phillips graduated from the University of Tennessee, summa cum laude, in 2005 with degrees in English Literature and Political Science. She attended Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served on the Vanderbilt Law Review.  Upon her graduation from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2008, she practiced civil litigation at Locke, Lord, Bissell & Liddell, LLP in Dallas, Texas.  She relocated to South Carolina in June 2011, and practiced employment litigation at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. in Greenville, South Carolina until September 2013.  Judge Phillips then practiced general civil litigation at Talley Law Firm, P.A. in Spartanburg, South Carolina until June 2021, when she was appointed Master-In-Equity for Spartanburg County.  She also serves by designation of the South Carolina Supreme Court as a Special Circuit Court Judge for the 7th Judicial Circuit. 

 Judge Phillips has been admitted to practice in the states of South Carolina and Texas, as well as the United States District Court- District of South Carolina, United States District Court- Northern District of Texas, United States District Court- Southern District of Texas, United States District Court- Eastern District of Texas, and United States District Court- Western District of Texas.  She is married with three children. 

Tara Nauful currently practices law at Best Law P.A. In private practice for almost 30 years, Tara represents clients in all aspects of the financial services arena, including restructuring and workouts, bankruptcy, and financial services litigation. Tara is a certified mediator and has been certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a specialist in Bankruptcy/Debtor-Creditor law since 1998. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and Bankruptcy Litigation, and she holds Martindale-Hubbell’s highest (AV) rating for ethical standards and legal ability.

In addition to her practice, Tara is a frequent author and speaker on bankruptcy and legal ethics.
