This program has been designed in conjunction with and as a complement to the 40-hour Family Court Mediation Training program. The program will provide domestic practice attorneys and mediators with practical instruction that will enable you to be more effective in those respective roles in the family mediation process.
This is not your typical sit down, listen, and take notes seminar. The program is highly interactive between the presenters and the participants and everyone there will have the opportunity to share their experiences in mediation and learn from the experiences of others.
Whether you are considering attending the 40-hour Mediation Certification Training program or have already taken the course; whether you are a novice mediator, new to mediation process as an attorney, or have long experience handling mediations, this powerful and practical seminar offers insights on the mediation process, the opportunity to ask questions, and most of all, the foundation you need to be successful as mediation continues to expand as an effective and efficient means to solve disputes in South Carolina.
This seminar is an Intermediate level program.
This program
qualifies for 6.0 MCLE; 1.0 LEPR; 1.0 SA/MH
