This year's program is packed with the latest trends and critical updates in labor and employment law. Dive into the evolving landscape of restrictive covenants and explore the ethical considerations of remote and multi jurisdictional practice. Join us for a dynamic panel discussion on DEI initiatives, featuring insights from the plaintiff's attorney in the landmark Duvall v. Novant case. We also cover pressing topics like employee privacy and workplace surveillance, along with key updates on the EEOC, employee classification, and overtime rules.
Plus, stay informed with in-depth reviews of recent employment law decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit, as well as the latest rulings from North and South Carolina state and federal trial courts.
