2025 Ethics Hot Tips

February 07, 2025

Live in Person hours at SC Bar Conference Center, 1501 Park Street, Columbia, SC 29201. Includes Live in Person Satellite Sites - see below for locations and addresses.

The SC Bar CLE Division and the Bar's Professional Responsibility Committee have teamed up to bring you a fast-paced and (yes!) entertaining look at trending ethics topics for 2025.  Course Planner Barbara Seymour has designed this special seminar to provide practical insights on key ethics issues that will help you keep your license where it belongs - on your wall!

Professional Responsibility Committee members, Julie C. Hunter, Haley Hubbard, Dr. Greg Adams, Jeffrey Silverberg, and Tara Nauful will join Barbara Seymour to provide authoritative guidance on trending ethics topics for 2025.  And as a bonus, you will also benefit from a full hour of lawyer mental health and wellness which will cover important topics like the effect of incivility on mental health, stress reduction strategies, compassion fatigue and recognizing and dealing with impaired colleagues.

This seminar is an Intermediate level program.

This program qualifies for 4.5 MCLE; 3.5 LEPR; 1.0 SA/MH
