April Sampson graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1995 and from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. She became a member of the South Carolina Bar in November of 1998. Mrs. Sampson began her legal career with Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities where she handled legal matters for those with physical and mental disabilities.

Audrey G. Ehrhardt was born in Dunedin, Florida. In 2001, she earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in both Classics and History with an honors-in-the-major thesis in the Classics Department (The Moral Reforms of Augustus, April 2001) at The Florida State University. In 2004, she earned her Juris Doctor from The Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Audrey was a member of the Mock Trial Team and Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honor Society). Through the College of Law’s criminal externship program, Audrey tried cases as a Certified Legal Intern for the Public Defender’s Office in Quincy, Florida, during her third year of school.
After passing the Florida Bar in 2004, Audrey began practicing in an existing thirty-year estate planning law practice ranging from Pinellas County north through Levy County. In October 2010, Audrey founded The Ehrhardt Elder Law Offices, P.A. She focused her practice on estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation for high net worth families and asset protection strategies for seniors and their families using her unique “Sustainable Senior” approach to long term care. While practicing she assisted multiple clients in obtaining benefits from both the Florida Medicaid and Veteran Affairs programs.
Audrey had a radio call-in show on 1450 AM WWJB dedicated to elder law questions and answers. She was a co-author of the 3rd and 4th Editions of the Florida Senior Legal Guide and wrote for the Florida Bar Elder Law Section’s publication, The Elder Law Advocate, reviewing and reporting on the Medicaid Fair Hearing determinations throughout Florida. Currently, she writes for the latter publication from a practice development and digital trends perspective. While practicing law, Audrey simultaneously owned a custom cake bakery and fondant design studio called Frosted Imagination, LLC. 

Audrey sold her law practice at the beginning of 2013 to join her family who relocated a year early to Tallahassee, Florida. Audrey joined ElderCounsel, LLC, in April 2013, as the Office Management Director to develop and create said program at the company. During her legal career Audrey developed the many successful office management products the ElderCounsel Office Management members are now using in their practices.
In October 2015, Audrey founded Practice42, where she is now the Founder and CEO. Practice42 builds and sustains successful law practices across the nation. It does this by implementing specific law practice management services including, but not limited to, performance coaching, strategic legal marketing, practice management software customization, data and reporting, and paralegal drafting services to deliver the success clients want and need!
In December 2019, Audrey founded and opened Ehrhardt Law, PLLC, The Lawyer’s Medicaid Application Firm, which provides targeted services exclusively for Florida attorneys. 

Jonathan E. Spitz is a partner with the firm of Todd & Johnson, LLP, and represents clients in matters involving estate planning and administration, probate litigation; guardianship and conservatorship issues; and corporate formation. Jonathan graduated from Wofford College and received his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law where he served as a research assistant to Professor Ginny Meeks. After law school, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Amy W. McCulloch, Probate Judge for Richland County and has his Masters of Laws Degree in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. Jonathan has been selected as a "Rising Star" in the area of Estate Planning and Probate in the in Super Lawyers as well a Member “Legal Elite of the Midlands” by the Columbia Business Monthly Magazine in the field of “Tax & Estate Planning Law.”

Jonathan is Certified by the Supreme Court of South Carolina as a Specialist in Estate Planning & Probate Law.

Currently, Jonathan is the Chair of the South Carolina Probate, Estate, and Trust Section of the South Carolina Bar and also serves as a member of the Wofford Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Jonathan grew up in Anderson, South Carolina, but now considers Columbia home along with his wife, Jescelyn, and their two sons, Tillman and William, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Maurice D. Holloway is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough, L.L.P. and practices out of the Greenville, SC and Charlotte, N.C. offices.  Maurice advises clients in the areas of taxation related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, entity formation and real estate transactions. Maurice also advises client in the areas of estate and business succession planning and probate and trust administration.  Maurice received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995.  He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1994.  He received his B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation from Clemson University in 1987 and 1988, respectively.  While in law school he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review, the Order of the Coif, and the Order of Wig and Robe.  Maurice is a member of the South Carolina Bar.  In addition, Maurice is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  Prior to entering law school Maurice practiced as a tax accountant with the international Big Four accounting firm Ernst & Young.

Michael Pack is a partner with the law firm Dennis, Shaw, Drennan & Pack, LLC in Spartanburg. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax, business and litigation (involving probate or business matters). Mr. Pack is a member of the South Carolina Bar (Tax Law and Probate, Estate Planning and Trusts sections of the Bar), a Council member of the Probate, Estate Planning and Trusts Section of the South Carolina Bar, a Council member of the Tax Section of the South Carolina Bar, and a past President of the Spartanburg Estate Planning Council. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Presbyterian College, his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and a Masters in Tax Law (LL.M) from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Pack is a Certified Specialist in Tax Law in South Carolina.
