The South Carolina Bar CLE Division will present the
2025 South Carolina Probate Bench/Bar Seminar on Friday, September 5, 2025.
Attendees will learn from a distinguished and
experienced faculty as they explore key issues currently shaping probate
practice in South Carolina.
This year’s program is mandatory for members of South
Carolina’s probate bench and has been approved for 6.0 hours of Estate Planning
and Probate Specialization Credit. Practitioners in probate court won’t want to
miss what is considered the must-attend program of the year.
The seminar is designed for intermediate to advanced
practitioners.
Program topics include:
Asset valuations
Gun trusts
Petitions to determine heirs/partition actions
Fiduciary breaches
Application of the S.C. Rules of Civil Procedure in probate practice
and litigation
Annual case law update
A performance by ACTEC
This seminar is an intermediate to advanced level
program.
This program qualifies for 6.0 MCLE. This program also
qualifies for 6.0 EPP Specialization credit hours.
