The 41st Annual North Carolina/South Carolina Labor and Employment Law Conference returns to Charleston, South Carolina, at the historic Francis Marion Hotel. It is the premier CLE for employment, labor, and HR counsel in the Carolinas. This year’s agenda boasts an extraordinary lineup of speakers and topics, including annual updates on the Supreme Court, Fourth Circuit, and state-specific developments, as well as timely instruction on emerging issues surrounding the current presidential administration’s executive orders and exciting presentations including “Discovery Disputes Live!” The conference also includes a networking reception, lunch, and a quality suite of relevant vendors in attendance. 

This seminar is an advanced level program.

South Carolina MCLE Credit: 

10.91 MCLE credit hours, including up to 1.0 LEPR credit hours and 1.0 SA/MH credit hour, 9.75 Employment and Labor Law (ELL) Specialization credit hours for South Carolina attorneys.
