Join us for an engaging and informative all-day seminar designed to explore the evolving landscape of employment law in South Carolina. This program will feature six insightful presentations covering a wide range of topics, including the latest developments in Washington D.C. and how they impact employers and employees alike. Learn about the effects of new DEI regulations, understand the application of NLRA rights for nonunion employees, and discover strategies for mediating generational barriers in the workplace. The seminar will also include a panel discussion on recent journal articles and a valuable session where senior practitioners share advice.
