THIS PROGRAM IS FULL

We do not accept walk in registrations for this program.

The 2025 Family Law Intensive will address high-conflict custody cases, offering practical strategies and expert insights. The program is designed to educate attendees on common issues in these cases and provide actionable solutions to help attorneys better serve their clients and the court.

This year’s goal is to equip participants with the tools and knowledge needed to move beyond simply managing contentious custody disputes. Attendees will learn how to guide clients and courts toward reasonable, well-crafted resolutions.

The intensive includes 1.0 hour of credit in Substance Abuse and Mental Health, and 1.0 hour in Ethics. The ethics session will focus on challenges attorneys face when representing clients - or dealing with opposing parties - driven by animosity toward the other parent.

This seminar is an advanced level program.

This program qualifies for 11.50 MCLE; 1.0 LEPR; 1.0 SA/MH
