The SC Bar CLE Division is proud to present a very special seminar focusing on complex collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy issues.  Course Planner Jane Downey has designed this advanced level program to meet the needs of practitioners who specialize or focus in these complex areas.  The program features an outstanding faculty of judges and experienced practitioners who will provide you with the kind of practical information and tools to move your practice forward. As an added bonus, Marilyn Gartley will offer an insightful and powerful presentation on how to get the most out of AI with a focus on the ethical pitfalls of these new technologies.
