The 35th Annual Criminal Practice in South Carolina seminar is back and better than ever. Course Planner Amie Clifford has again assembled a diverse and outstanding faculty that includes members of the judiciary, along with solicitors, defense counsel, and nationally recognized authorities.
The theme for this year's seminar is the understanding, proper use, and ethics of AI in the world of criminal practice. You'll learn how to use various AI platforms that are specifically suited to criminal practice, see examples of these platforms at work, and get in-depth guidance on the ethical implications of AI for lawyers. In addition, you'll hear about current appellate cases and trends, as well as a primer on hot issues for criminal law practitioners.
If you are looking for a practical criminal law program with substantive materials, insights on recent cases, legislation, and trending issues - all taught by a truly outstanding faculty, then the 35rd Annual Criminal Practice in South Carolina CLE program from the South Carolina Bar-CLE is the seminar for you!
