present the 2024 edition of our annual Masters in Equity Bench Bar seminar. Spartanburg
County Master in Equity Shannon Phillips has designed this year’s seminar to
provide insights on topics of particular interest to the equity bench and bar
and features a distinguished faculty of experienced practitioners and judges
who will share their insights on key areas of equity practice.
As always, this program is a mandatory CLE for our
Equity Bench, so if your practice includes equity matters, you won’t want to
miss this important, powerful, and most of all a practical day of instruction
and discussion!
This seminar is a basic to intermediate level program.
This program qualifies for 6.0 MCLE; 0.50 LEPR; 6.0 Bankruptcy Specialty Credit and 6.0 JCLE Credit
The South Carolina Bar is an accredited CLE provider in South Carolina only. Attorneys are responsible for seeking their own credit in other jurisdictions.
