WebcastPeter Leventis and
Charlie Terreni offer more than five decades of combined legal practice
experience to this interactive discussion on managing attorney stress and
burnout, as well as practical advice on how you can maintain ethical compliance
in the midst of difficult times. In this two-hour seminar, Peter and Charlie
will examine the causes and personal consequences of stress as reported by
practitioners and propose effective strategies for addressing these challenges.
In addition, they will examine reported decisions on the ethical and
professional implications of the failure to appropriately address stress and
burnout and provide guidance on proactive ways to stay in line with our
profession’s Oath and our Rules of Professional Conduct. There will be no chair yoga, online
meditation, Ouija boards, or other gimmicks in this seminar! You’ll get
practical advice from two practitioners who – most of the time – find a way to
make it work!
This seminar is a
Basic to Intermediate level program.
This program qualifies for 1.0 MCLE Credit Hours and up to 1.0 LEPR Credit Hours; 1.0 SA/MH Credit Hours
