One of the program is entitled:What’s
Next? Emerging Issues in Legal Malpractice law
The
morning portion of the seminar will cover emerging issues at the intersection
of legal malpractice law, evolving technology, and ethical practice.Join us for an in-depth discussion of how the
legal profession is navigating the challenges posed by new technologies, and
what that means for the future of legal malpractice claims, as well as a
conversation of the national trends in legal malpractice claims and unsettled
issues in South Carolina legal malpractice law.

overview and analysis of recent case law by Richard Unger and Joby Castine, a
