About the Seminar - Recorded 07/18/2020
The Day 2 of this program's focus will be on military issues in civilian matters. South Carolina has several military bases and a large population of military retirees that create nuanced issues in our Courts.  From jurisdictional questions to identifying violations of the SCRA.  From concerns over a servicemember being arrested "out in town" to whether or not military retirement is divisible during divorce.  This CLE covers issues that arise in civilian matters in the South Carolina Courts when you represent military members or their dependents. Our faculty is comprised entirely of former Judge Advocates who can help you navigate these nuances in your role as civilian counsel.
