When You Need to Enforce Out-of-State and Foreign Orders Representative Bruce Bannister will kick off the seminar with a brief summary of top appellate cases impacting domestic practice from January 2021 through December 2021. He will be followed by a panel discussion with helpful hints on drafting Family Court Orders that avoid problems at real estate closings and title searches. The last session will address the process of authentication and registration of orders from out of state and out of country with a possible component regarding the Hague Convention.
