Generally speaking, the vast majority of the statutory and regulatory authorities a South Carolina workers’ compensation attorney needs to know falls within the confines of Title 42 of the S.C. State Code, or the accompanying Regulations of Chapter 67, but there are other sources that the savvy Workers’ Compensation attorney needs to know in order to be successful.
