About the Seminar
This CLE is designed to help mediators improve their skills and deal with some of the challenging issues that can arise in different legal contexts. The faculty members have handled mediations from probate matters, construction cases, family law disputes, medical malpractice cases, personal injury matters and workers' compensation claims. Practical tips will be provided regarding effective presentations, the best way to communicate with opposing counsel, and the best way to get cases resolved, helping attendees achieve better results for their clients during the mediation process.
