This program is a part of the Course of Study on South Carolina law. This program is primarily intended to be viewed by candidates seeking admission to the South Carolina Bar under the new Uniform Bar Exam, but may be viewed by any SC Bar member. There is no charge for viewing this program, but in order for candidates to complete this aspect of Bar admission, all questions at the end of the video must be answered correctly. There are no written materials associated with this program. No Continuing Legal Education Credit will be awarded for viewing this program, either by Bar admission candidates or by SC Bar members.

The South Carolina Bar is an accredited CLE provider in South Carolina only. Attorneys are responsible for seeking their own credit in other jurisdictions.
